The statistics on those facing food insecurity can feel daunting. Food insecurity–the lack of reliable access to sufficient amounts of affordable and nutritious food–impacts every community in the U.S. with an estimated 1 in 8 Americans at risk of having access to enough food to live healthy lives. Worldwide, the number of malnourished people rose to 815 million in 2016.*

While there are millions of people in need of food, it only takes a spark to ignite change. We believe it’s the little decisions made and actions we take–like choosing brands that give back or bringing a reusable bag on your next grocery run–that can ignite change. What if we all worked together to be a force for good?

Our partners with Youth With A Mission Colombia will donate 80,000 of the meals to feed Venezuelan refugees, and 20,000 meals will be donated to Ruby’s Pantry, a Twin Cities-based food bank with dozens of pantry locations.

Thanks to our retail partners, our amazing community of Mighty Spark fans, volunteers and non-profit partners, we’re able to make these meal donations possible to provide nutritious meals to those in need.
