BRUSCHETTA CHICKEN STUFFED PEPPERS

Try this fast and yummy recipe for dinner tonight. 

 

INGREDIENTS
    • 1 pack of Mighty Spark Bruschetta Ground Chicken (1lb.)
    • 3 Bell Peppers
    • Seasoned Rice Pack (we love RightRice)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the bell peppers in half, and discard the seeds etc.
  2. Brown the ground chicken in a skillet with a little olive oil
  3. Spoon the ground chicken into the pepper halves and bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 min until the peppers soften a bit.
  4. Prepare the rice per the instructions and serve aside your peppers
